A parent/guardian and/or teacher must initially complete a Family or School Questionnaire in order for an assessment or 1:1 teaching programme to take place. Personal data including names, positions within a school, pupil’s name, date of birth, health data are collected in order to design an appropriate assessment for a specific child.

 

This data will be responsibly retained by Learn Out Of The Box and stored securely in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) and is private and confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

 

Post Assessment, and once the Assessment Results & IEP has been handed over to the School, physical or digital Family and School Questionnaires are permanently shredded or deleted. However, signed agreements and invoices will be kept for a minimum of 7-years.
